Skill Acquisition

I learnt this skill from my grandmother about 20 years ago.

She would harvest tomatoes from the garden,🍅 wash and use the traditional grater to process and remove the peels, pack in ice block bags and freeze. I never buy tinned🥫 tomatoes 😅 I always plan ahead. I have 12*250g of tomato bags packed and ready to devour. No chemicals no preservatives. 😌
