ALICE, THE WICKED NURSE Ep. 4

Roberts and his wife arrived home. It was when they went to pick David from their neighbors' house that they remembered he was yet to be given his injection.

"Don't worry honey, I've made peace with nurse Alice. I will call her and plead with her to come and administer the injection to him on her way back since she stays close by." Angel said to her husband.

"That's a fantastic idea, babe." Roberts said.

Angel made the call and Alice hurriedly agreed to come and inject David. Since she was already aware that David didn't like her, she decided to apply the powder that baba Ijesha had given her to always apply if she wanted people she meets to instantly like her. She didn't want the little boy to spoil plans for her.

Immediately after her shift, Alice started heading over to the Roberts' house. It was Roberts that opened the door for her. Again, she couldn't help but admire and stare at him.

"Goo... goo... good morning, sorry good afternoon sir." She stammered.

"Good afternoon nurse. You are here for David, right?" Roberts asked and Alice said yes.

"Alright, I'll go get him for you." Roberts smiled and went upstairs to bring David.

When David and his father came downstairs, he paused immediately he saw Nurse Alice.

"Nurse, why are you two?" Little David asked innocently.

"I don't understand your question, David." Alice said while smiling.

"Please, don't mind David, he is scared of injection, he's trying to see if he can distract you so that you will forget about the injection." Roberts said.

"No daddy, look at her, she has two sides, this side is good while this side is evil. I like this side but I don't like the other side." Little David explained while pointing at Nurse Alice.

Roberts bursted out in laughter after what his son said, Alice joined in the laughter. Roberts thought it was his son's fear of injection that was making him to say what he was saying.

Alice on the other hand was scared that David would start making his dad suspicious of her.

At first, David was skeptical to take the injection but when his dad reassured him and carried him on his laps. He received the injection calmly. He cried after receiving the injection. He didn't cry because of the pain of the injection, he cried because he felt an enemy had intruded into their home. Alice's powder had started fading so he was beginning to see her for who she truly was. David was pained that he allowed her to inject him.

Angel came downstairs when he heard the cry of his son. She greeted Nurse Alice warmly and then went to his son and carried him.

"My baby, I thought you told me you are now a strong man." Mrs Angel asked his son. He didn't say anything, he just hugged his mother's neck tightly and kept on crying.

"Ehm, I will be taking my leave now." Alice announced.

The couple expressed their appreciation to her. Roberts gave her 10k and told her to use it for her transport. She thanked him with a wide smile on her face. Angel decided to see her off to the gate. As they approached the gate, Alice told Angel that she was celebrating her birthday the next day and that she wants to have a a small party for it, so she was inviting Angel. Angel said she would be delighted to come. They hugged each other and Alice went home.
